Dr. Roland Schmidt

I was born in Lobberich and founded my chancery as one of the youngest graduates. In 1990, as part of the Economic, Monetary and Social Union, I established another counseling center in Gera, which has survived until today. The fact that my daughter Linda follows my footprint and joined the chancery as a partner on January 1st, 2019 fills me with great joy and pride, because the succession of chancellors is guaranteed.

Helga Schulze

Helga Schulze is an industrial clerk and joined the chancery in November 1989 as a colleague. As the "right hand of the boss" and "woman for everything" she is a competent and reliable team member. Although she has already transferred to her retirement since November 2017, she will continue to support on a temporary basis.

Carola Verkoyen

It is the heart of the chancery-the woman you will hear and see first. An absolute all-rounder and our chancery expert for financial accounting, (construction) payroll accounting and sales tax. She is a first responder and owner of the trainee allowance. In the year 2020, Carola Verkoyen celebrates her 25th anniversary in the chancery and is a professional as well as human enrichment for the team.

Linda Schmidt-Franken

I am a managing partner of the chancery Dr. (SK) Schmidt & Partner Steuerberater mbB. With the Tax advisory assessment 2017/2018 I passed the exam successfully in front of the Steuerberaterkammer Düsseldorf and founded the company with my father in the beginning of 2019. I am looking forward to the cooperation and appreciate the very family-based chancery team already existing for two and a half decades.

Maximilian Schmidt

Maximilian Schmidt also completed his trainee as a chancery administrator. In addition to his present position as "DATEV-Chancery administrator", as well as “certified specialist for digitization in the chancery", he creates the digital interface between the chancery and the client, as well as DATEV. He is the contact person for all digital processes and is currently training for his additional qualification as "DATEV expert for digital financial accounting

Leo Domröse, graduate in business administration. After his business studies and subsequent years of practical experience in accounting in the chancery, he took on a leading role in the further advisory center in Gera. He is a valued member of our leadership being a dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable employee for whom a case is never too complex and a situation never too hopeless or complicated.

Simone Lankes is not only a highly competent employee of the chancery but also belongs to the inventory as a very warm and above all fair teammate because she already completed her training as a tax clerk in our law firm. Janina Thür, also a tax consultant and has been an integral part of the Gera team since 1994. Together with Leo Domröse, she looks after our clients in the east of Germany with competence and passion. An employee that we can rely on and we greatly appreciate and love.

Lilli-Wanda Schmidt

Lilly Schmidt is actually a registered nurse and singer. After moving to the Lower Rhine area after her marriage, she supported her husband in establishing and strengthening his freelance business activities in Nettetal and Gera. She is the one who keeps everything working together and with her lovly, always cheerful and absolutely positive soul she transfers even the most gruesome office day into a sunny celebration of joy.
